Administrative Clerks

The administrative clerks are the people behind the scenes that keep Building Operations running. They process the documents and support the employees so the work gets done.

Payroll Clerks

Keeping track of the time and tasks of 700 employees, the payroll clerks make sure that the work we do gets charges to the right people and that everyone gets paid.

Service Centre Coordinators

Our Service Centre is one of the main ways we support campus users as they report issues and outages across UBC. Trained customer service professionals, the service centre coordinators are the voice of Building Operations.
