Hoi Ying Yu joins Building Operations as Contract Manager

Hoi will be responsible for managing Building Operations’ service contracts and oversee internal revenue generating contracts. She will be working closely with the trades, project coordinators, and managers to ensure Building Operations’ Preventative Maintenance and Service contracts continue providing value to UBC.

Hoi has over 20 years experience in supply chain and operations management, working in a variety of disciplines throughout Supply Chains – including inventory management, planning and purchasing. Prior to joining UBC, Hoi was a Procurement and Contracts Manager where she provided procurement services and contract administration for a wide variety of products and services relating to operations of mulit-unit residential buildings.

She holds a Diploma of Technology in Operations Management from BCIT, a Certified in Production Inventory (CPIM), and is a certified Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP).
