Reviewing the WES survey results was a key part of our plan to improve our workplace environment. By reviewing the results together, we did our best to achieve a common understanding of what our survey results mean to us and the actions we need to take to improve overall employee engagement and our employee experience throughout Building Operations.
Through leadership meetings, group discussions and a number of review sessions, we were able to implement a plan of action for key opportunities identified through the WES survey into our Strategic Plan action items for 2019-2021.
