Mind & Body

Vinyasa Yoga is an active flowing class that is proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility. This class will emphasize asana (poses) and alignment, as well as breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged yet successful. The health benefits are profound and the vital energy you will feel is amazing.

Group Fitness

Core Conditioning offers an invigorating, inspiring workout. You will work within your abilities but be pushed just outside of your comfort zone so that your whole body is challenged and invigorated. Feel good about your posture and strength. Particular attention is paid to technique and postural correction. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Group Personal Training

Take your health and wellbeing to the next level with this total body conditioning workout. Cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, power and flexibility will provide incredible benefits including enhanced metabolism higher caloric burn, improved bone density, better posture and reduced risk for injury, better muscle tone and strength and so much more. This fun and energetic class will make you feel amazing and help you get the results that you are looking for. All registrants are advised to have a Functional Movement Screen prior to participating.
