Sean McGregor is the successful candidate for the People & Process Manager, Mechanical Trades in Building Operations. Sean’s first day in this role will be Monday, January 17, 2022.
Sean joins the mechanical team with strong customer service experience from his current role as Blue Zone Facilities Manager in Customer Services & Informatics. He has a trades background as an electrician, and has a solid understanding of UBC’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and related controls.
Sean holds a fourth class power engineering certification, an Electrical Field Safety Representative (FSR) class B certification, and has a project management certification from the Sauder School of Business. Sean has garnered the respect of his peers, colleagues and faculty members throughout his career progression within Facilities, and will certainly contribute tremendously to the mechanical management team.
