  • Tuition Fee Benefit Program: One of the most unique benefits to working at UBC is the Tuition Fee Benefit. The Tuition Fee Benefit provides tuition assistance to eligible employees, up to a maximum of twelve credits of undergraduate credit courses per year, or the dollar equivalent in tuition for non-credit courses offered by UBC Continuing Studies.
