Jason Wright has been promoted as Senior Manager, Mechanical in Building Operations. He held the leadership role of People & Process Manager with UBC Building Operations, leading our Mechanical Maintenance team since September 2018.
Jason is an accountable and highly motivated team player possessing a diverse set of skills and abilities related to maintenance strategies and tactics. He has progressed and excelled in operations and facilities management roles throughout his career. His in-depth knowledge and experience of UBC facilities, systems and processes have made him a valuable asset to UBC and Building Operations.
Jason is a Maintenance Management Professional (MMP), a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), as well as a 4th Class Power Engineer in BC.
