Geetha Donepudi joins the EMMS Sustainment Team as Business Analyst

Geetha joins the EMMS Sustainment Team from UBC IT, where she worked on the Application Ecosystem Program (AEP) as a Business Analyst. More specifically, she worked on the Pinnacle phone billing and chargeback mail processing systems, achieving the integrations with Workday, and successfully completing the upgrades of these systems at the same time. She has also navigated the rather challenging vendor relationships with success, and received praise from our colleagues within UBC IT for the work done.

Prior to joining UBC, Geetha worked as a Business Analyst at multiple organizations, including University of Texas at Permian Basin (UTPB), as the subject matter expert for various enterprise systems, gathering requirements, training/supporting users, and planning releases. Geetha has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

The addition of Geetha joining the EMMS Sustainment Team rounds up an already strong and experienced group to ensure the best support is provided to all Planon users.
