Kishani Gibbons promoted as Director, Customer Services & Informatics with Building Operations.

Kishani has been overseeing the Business Services team in Building Operations since the Superintendent, Business Services position became vacant in September 2019. Effective March 5, 2020, Kishani will formally take on the Business Services team, forming the new division Customer Service & Informatics in Building Operations. The new division will be responsible for customer engagement, business projects and initiatives, analytics, reporting, technology and continuous improvement initiatives, and continue to partner with Information Technology (IT) and Safety & Risk Services (SRS) – Emergency Management for strategic alignment and resource allocation.

As the Director, Customer Services & Informatics, Kishani will develop strategic objectives and implement and monitor procedures and policies that enable Building Operations to meet or exceed agreed customer service standards across the entire campus. She will also continue to provide strategic leadership for facilities management, project management, business analysis, informatics, change management, call centre management, and clerical support services.
