Building Operations Labour Division, currently known as B.O.L.D, has changed its name to Streets and Operations Support. The name change more suitably represents the roles and responsibilities of this Municipal unit, supporting UBC across the Vancouver campus.
Streets: Asset stewardship of the streets, pathways, perimeter and street drains, sidewalks and other assets in the public realm (for example, water features)
Operations Support: Supporting project teams, events, moving and other client requests.
Building Operations’ Municipal Services division is lead by Jenniffer Sheel, Director, Municipal Services and continues to be a key service delivery function within the university.
