There’s is always a lot going on in Building Operations, and we’re committed to helping our staff and the university community know and understand what affects them. Over the past three years we have made a significant investment to improve all aspects of our communications, and our efforts are being noticed.
We have been working with a variety of researchers from EAB, a Washington DC-based think thank, to share how we model best practices in facilities communications. Their newly published Facilities Communications Toolkit, is a primer for adding formal communications expertise to higher education facilities departments, which prominently features our work.
