Wende Kinch has joined UBC as our new Senior Manager Fleet and Procurement in the VPFO’s Building Operations unit. Wende comes to us with a wealth of supply chain management and leadership experience. Some of her past roles have been the Senior Manager, Supply Chain at BC Housing Management and Director of Procurement with Manitoba Housing and Renewals.
Wende will be working closely with Building Operations’s managers, heads, and sub-heads to understand purchasing needs better so that we can streamline how and what we buy. She will also be an essential part of the team that will help UBC continue to find ways to get material more effectively.
