Roofing BC magazine features our capital renewals

This past fiscal year Building Ops identified and Project Services delivered 11 roof and two skylight renewals at the Vancouver campus. Roofing BC ran an article on our approach to these capital renewals and our overall preventative maintenance strategy toward these important assets.

In preparation for the drier days of summer, Building Operations is currently re-pressurizing and testing our sprinkler systems. As we move into summer and the ground dries, the system’s programs will be turned on to match Metro Vancouver’s water restriction schedule.
